In thanking you for your interest we inform you that in concluding an order by telephone the following data must be given:

First name, surname, address, city and telephone number of the consignee.

The flowers are delivered on the day you wish.

Exceptions:

Deliveries are not normally made on Sundays and holidays. Any requests for delivery on such days must be agreed to in advance.
On the eve of important holidays, in view of the enormous number of requests received, orders must be placed in advance of the delivery date.
Orders for Mothers' Day are usually delivered on the Saturday.
Orders for Christmas and New Year's Day are generally delivered a few days earlier.

Delivery at a particular hour of the day is guaranteed only if agreed on beforehand at:

For the most efficient service:

We request the ground line or mobile telephone number of the consignee.
An indication of the delivery time (morning/afternoon) must be given along with the order.
If the consignee is not at home we will leave a message and contact him/her later by telephone. We will inform the purchaser in the event of being unable to trace the consignee and make delivery.
The exact hour of delivery is guaranteed only for funerals. In such cases the customer is requested to inform us of the exact time of the ceremony.
In general, other than in exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, deliveries are guaranteed if one day's notice is given.
Deliveries are not guaranteed to places of difficult or limited access.
